These terms and conditions of business are applicable to bookings made directly with Khari-goo Ltd t/a Khari Goo Travel (herein known as "Khari Goo"). Last updated: August 1, 2023.

We collect and process the following information: • Personal details (name, email, phone number) • Booking information (travel dates, preferences) • Payment information • Passport and visa details • Communication history • Flight and accommodation preferences This information is used to: • Process your travel bookings • Provide customer service • Send relevant travel updates • Ensure compliance with travel regulations • Improve our services

Our booking process requires: • 50% deposit payment at booking time • Full payment 60 days prior to travel • 100% payment for bookings within 60 days of travel • Special terms for Festive Season (Dec 20 - Jan 15) All bank charges and foreign exchange differences are for the client's account.

For flight bookings: • 100% payment required to confirm • Non-refundable • Full passenger names as per passport required • Amendments within 72 hours attract charges • Khari Goo is not liable for delays or cancellations

Standard Cancellation Terms: • 25% forfeit if cancelled 61+ days before travel • 100% forfeit if cancelled within 60 days Festive Season (Dec 17 - Jan 15): • 50% forfeit if cancelled 121+ days before • 100% forfeit if cancelled within 120 days All cancellations must be in writing.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data: • Secure payment processing • Limited staff access to personal information • Regular security updates • Compliance with data protection regulations Your data is handled in accordance with Nigerian law and GDPR principles where applicable.

We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover: • Medical expenses • Lost luggage • Trip cancellation • Flight delays or cancellations This provides additional protection for your travel investment.
